The production process of semi-coke includes the following steps:Firstly, dry and preheat high-quality Jurassic clean coal from Shen-Fu(ShenMu+FuGu) . Semi coke formed after cooling. The temperature remains between 600-750 ºC throughout the entire production process. The semi coke produced by this process has the characteristics of high fixed carbon, high specific resistance, high chemical activity, low ash content, low aluminum, low sulfur, and low phosphorus.Applied of fields such as calcium carbide, ferroalloy,blast furnace injection, and industrial gas production.
Raw material selection: High quality anthracite coal.
Calcination: Under the condition of ensuring extremely low oxygen content and controllable temperature in the high-temperature furnace, the dehydrated high-quality anthracite coal is subjected to calcination treatment.This process ensures stable product quality.
Refrigeration:The calcined product needs to be cooled to room temperature, which requires the use of professional cooling equipment that can control the cooling rate to ultimately ensure the quality of the calcined coal carbonization agent.
Packaging: After crushing and screening the particle size, the coal carbonization agent can be packaged. The use of sealed packaging can prevent the carbonization agent of calcined coal from being affected by moisture, which can affect its quality and product effectiveness.
